Question:
I am 24 and have never been sexually active. I notice that there are small, skin coloured bumps on my penis. They are at a maximum 1mm in size and can be noticed only when I have an erection. They have been there for a long time - more than 5 years. Is this normal?

My best guess is that they are the rims of the tiny openings of oil glands on the surface of the glans. They become conspicuous when the penis is erect.

But this is only a prediction and it could as well prove to be incorrect. The best thing that you could do is show those bumps to your doc and ask him. There ends the matter.
