Question:
I am a 19 year-old male and have never had sex and will be sometime soon with my girlfriend. I have 3 questions: 1) My penis is small, about 3.5 inches hard and 2 inches soft. Can I give my girlfriend pleasure during intercourse? 2) During masturbation when I orgasm the head of my penis is too sensitive to be toched. This is ONLY during orgasm. Is this normal? How can I have oral sex/intercourse without it hurting (during orgasm)? 3) My biggest fantasy is to have my girlfriend masturbate me to orgasm. Do women enjoy bringing a guy to orgasm like that? Does a man's orgasm turn most women on? Thanks for answering my questions!

1) Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! It's not the size of your penis - it's what you do with it! A man's penis size should not greatly affect the amount of pleasure he can give his partner, especially if he knows how to stimulate all of her parts, like her clitoris, during sex! In fact, some women prefer men with smaller penises because there may not be as much discomfort or pain during intercourse. 2) The sensitivity you're experiencing during orgasm is normal, though it varies from male to male. If you are experiencing a great deal of pain, you may want to get checked out for a urinary infection or an std. Using a condom during sexual activity can help you since condoms tend to reduce penile sensitivity during sex. Furthermore, communicate with your partner and have her avoid direct stimulation when your penis becomes unbearably sensitive. She could perhaps stimulate your shaft or your testicles instead of always focusing on the tip. 3) Whether or not a woman enjoys bringing a male to orgasm, and whether or not it turns her on, depends on the woman. We all vary in what turns us on sexually - what we enjoy. Sexual stimulation is a very individual thing. I know many women who enjoy masturbating a male to orgasm. The only complaints I've ever heard is that, at times, it can take the guy a while to cum. This is usually because the male has been intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Therefore, avoiding such substances can help to avoid that situation - that and using lots of lube!! Thank you for visiting the sexual health network! Yvonne k. Fulbright, MS.Ed.
