Question:
My entire adult life I have had a healthy, active sex life. Recently, I have had very powerful orgasms with no ejaculation. Each time has been during oral sex with my wife. Should I be concerned? I'm taking some supplements including multi-vitamins, dhea, xenodrine (fat burning stack), msm, st. johns wart, and yohimbe.

Some people seek powerful orgasms without ejaculation and actually train for it! Others are very disapointed if they don't ejaculate with their orgasm. That being said, whenever someone reports a recent change in sexual function, we recommend follow-up with your physician just to rule in or out any medical problems. Be sure to mention the over-the-counter drugs that you are taking as some can effect sexual performance both positively & negatively and may be contributing to the situation. Also be sure to mention that this is situational with oral sex if that is in fact the case.
