Hello - thanks for writing in with your question. The bumps on your penis sound like perfectly normal little hair bumps to me. Most men have those little bumps where the hair grows out of the skin on the penis and around the scrotum. It is best not to squeeze or pick at them though. If you are still concerned about this, you can always visit your doctor or local clinic and show them the bumps. They could tell you right away what they are and this would likely put your mind at ease. No sense in worrying about a question that could be easily answered. Please feel free to write back if you have any further questions. Thanks, Patty Fawver
P.S. I am glad that you are examiining your genitals closely. It is very important to be familiar with the way our genitals look, feel, smell, and taste under normal circumstances. Then, if something ever does go wrong, we will know right away that it is different than usual.Reviewed by: Patricia Fawver Ph.D. in Sexology
