Question:
Hello Doc, I am a 19 year old, college going dude. I believe this is a serious problem. Well, my scrotal sac doesnt seem to be holding a pair of testicles. My sac is empty. I believed I am a victim of cryptorcydism. And I strongly believed that I am infertile. But recently I have started to masturbate and I am experiencing orgasm and ejaculating good amount of semen. But the fact is that I am sure I'm not having testes in its place. Even if someone kicks my crotch I never feel the pain. Can u please tell me wat problem I am having ?

Sorry for the delay in answering your question. Due to technical difficulties I have not been online and was unaware there were questions waiting. It certainly 'sounds' like things are working, but the best way to be certain is to have a medical examination to find out what is really going on. The doctor may do a painless test called an Ultrasound to find out where your testicles may be and if you have one or two. Some people only have one. The doctor may also give you a sterile jar and ask you to collect a semen sample. He will be looking for various enzymes and sperm that indicate if your testes are functioning. All that may be required is some gentle manipulation or minor surgery to find them. Good luck. Cheers, Melissa BEE
