Question:
This has been going on for a couple of months now. When I ejaculate I can feel like there are hard pieces in the sperm. When you look at the ejaculate you can see little dark yellow pieces that look like dried urine maybe a total of 3-6. They are acompanied by a little pain as they travel through my penis and you can definitely feel them come out. Other than the pain with ejaculation I don't experience any pain in my testes or penis. Is this common? Thanks

The symptoms you describe can occur, but are not common. You may be experiencing some type of problem that needs to be evaluated by a medical professional. Men do pass kidney stones via their urethra, but this is not usually associated with ejaculation and the pain is often intense. Some sexually transmitted infections can cause the type of the discharge you describe. Trauma to the genital region and scarring in the urethra could also cause the symptoms you describe. I encourage you to see a urologist for evaluation and treatment.
