Question:
Hi, Im 23 years old and am curious if my penis will get any bigger and also whats the normal girth it should be. My erect penis is about 7.25" long and 5.5" around. Im not a very large person... 5"9' tall and roughly 140 pounds. Is this normal? Thank you for any assitance.

Hi and thanks for your question. The average length of the adult, erect penis is between 4 and 7 inches in length and anywhere between 1 and 2 inches wide. A man's penis begins growing during puberty and continues to grow until his late teens or his early twenties. Most likely your penis has grown to it's full size, and you are within the normal range for penis size.

In the end though, penis size is usually not the most important thing when it comes to being a good sex partner. Most sexual partners of men say that they enjoy being with a man who is caring, who is interested in them, and who is focused on his partner's pleasure than being with one who has a large penis, but doesn't know how to use it.
