Question:
I have not had the sensitivity in my penis or genitals to allow me to reach orgasm. It causes me frustration and my partner is also frustrated. Is there anything I can do to regain that sensitivity? I had taken Prozac 2+ years ago for about a year.

Prozac is known to cause inability to orgasm/climax in more than 60% patients (in some studies). However, there are no reports if the effects are permanent. What is it that made your doctor prescribe Prozac? Is the underlying depression still there? Then it needs treatment. You need to discuss this with your doctor because many new drugs now available to treat depression that cause minimal side effects.

All that I can suggest is to commence regular aerobic exercise like jogging/swimming/cycling and a sport like tennis/bowling. It will help you to overcome depression and make your body more pleasure sensitive…naturally without medication.
