Question:
After sex I am thoroughly drained for two days afterwards. I feel extreme anxiety for at least 24 hours afterwards and am very irritable. It also affects my brain as well - I am unable to concentrate as I usually do. Also I am clumsy for a couple of days - my co-ordination seems to suffer. It sounds like a joke, but I often bump into things and knock things over etc.

This is affecting me big time - can you offer any remedy or advice?

I am not the person to be answering this question for you, so I would suggest that you submit it to one of the MD or male therapists on the list.

What I might suggest is that after you have an orgasm, one of the chemicals that governs brain chemistry is reduced enough that you have these reactions. I would certainly find a medical specialist who might be able to easily treat you if necessary.

I hope you will continue to ask this question so that you can get a resolve to this situation for you. I know it is treatable.
