Hello I'm a 18 year old male and have a problem with ejactulating. I have never had an orgasim in my life, I have also never masturbated before, I'm some-what of a mascacist I always turned to pain for my pleassure. My girlfriend and I have been going out for almost 9 months now and have had sex 3 times, each in which I never ejaculatet. She has masturbated me before and I realized that I liked it, yet nothing happend. I have no medical history of broken bones other then at the age of 2 I was struck by a motorcyle on the left side of my torso, I periodicly (every month or so) Get sharp pains down my spine. I have no Std's because I always used a condom.. I have no clue what's wrong with me but I heard from a physitian that it might be "Primary absolute anorgasmia" There is a thing that I never heard before that my girlfriend told me about that she calls "blue balls" where my testicle get VERRY fragile and hurt, she said that it's a build-up of sperm in my testicles... I have no clue what to do.. Thank you for your time.

Q- Please let me know if you have had nocturnal emissions or wet dreams. Are you currently on any medications?
A-Well things changed for the best the other day and now everything seems fine.
