hi,im a 13 year old boy recently when i masturbate i get a pain in the back of my neck but it didnt until a couple of days ago ? also i am not sure if i have an orgasm or not i ejaculate normal but im not sure about orgasm. i dont really want to talk to my parents about this as it's not a very easy thing to say or discuss thanks

Hi, You've asked two questions. Firstly the pain in your neck is most likley muscular and should have gone away of its own accord by now. You can speak to your parents about a sore neck. That could affect your ability to do your schoolwork, among other things. Ejaculation and orgasm are two separate but often simultaneous processes that happen at climax. Just about all men ejaculate, but not all men orgasm. Some do not orgasm at all, and others don't experience orgasm till thier twenties or thirties. So don't give up just yet! Cheers, Melissa BEE
