my girlfriend and I have recently started becoming more sexually active. A few days ago she was giving me oral and I was having orgasms but no semen was coming out at all.
i had 3 or 4 orgasms but nothing ever came out, but when i masturbate i cum everytime.is there a reason i dont cum when she is giving me oral?

Hello and thank you for writing. I would not be too concerned about the lack of fluid during your oral experiences, as some men experience different ejaculation patterns. Some men have "multiple orgasms" where they ejaculate some or little with each orgasm. You may be experiencing a series of pre-ejaculatory orgasms that culminate in one final orgasm (when you masturbate). In a series of studies on mulitple male orgasms, some men reported orgasm-like sensations with no fluid, or little fluid, then a large amount of fluid. Some reported a large fluid ejaculation with "dry" orgasms following, and others reported a combination of the two. Often, men are conditioned to expect one final orgasm with fluid as the goal of a sexual encounter, so the fact that you may experience a variety of orgasms with and without fluid may come as a surprise to you. Do not worry that something is wrong at this point, but you may want to see if the patterns continue just out of personal curiousity and experiment with multiple orgasms with your partner. Enjoy!
