Hi and thanks for your question. Millions of American men experience premature ejaculation, so please know that you are not alone. I am sorry to hear about the accident you had, and am glad that you were able to heal. You should know though that getting hit in the testicles should not cause premature ejaculation. Human males are really working against their biological nature when we try to last for hours at a time. All male mammals are fast ejaculators mainly because we can avoid predators if we get sex over with in a short amount of time. So there is nothing wrong with cumming quickly, except for when it is affecting either your pleasure or the pleasure of your partner. There are a couple of things that you can do to gain better control over your ejaculation. First you can train yourself to have better musuclar control so that you won't cum quite as quickly. This can be done either while you masturbate or with your partner. You stimulate your penis almost to the point of ejaculation, and then stop all stimulation while you concentrate on finding the muscles to hold back your orgasm. Do this a few times in a row each time you masturbate or are sexually intimate with a partner and you'll eventually start to see a difference. The other method you can try is affectionally called the "come again" method. Basically once you ejaculate the first time, you wait a few minutes and then begin stimulation again. This shouldn't be uncomfortable for you and your body will naturally last longer than the first time because it is more difficult for a man to have more than one orgasm in a row. Good luck, and remember to be happy with your sexuality in whatever form it may take! M. Scott Gross
