Question:
Dear Friend,I'm a homosexual person and I've been in a very successful relationship since 2 years,I'm the active person and I have a concern about my partner.I sometimes ejaculate(release sperm) inside my partner during intercourse(anal sex), I would kindly like to know if its healthy or is there any negative side effects, taking into consideration that we both are in great health and live a healthy life. Thanks in Advance. Regarads

Hello, As long as you and your partner are both monogamous and free of STDs (you should absolutely be tested to make sure), there is no great risk in ejaculating in your partner's anus that I am aware of.
