Question:
I have high sex desires but many times l can not maintain an erection. At times I go soft even still in the act, making me fake an orgasm for my partner. My penis is terribly small, about 5cm and l can only manage a single ejaculation even when masterbating. How can I maintain a strong errection and have multiple (rounds) per night? and finally is my polio responsible for the size of my penis? what can l do about the size?

Questions about the impact of your polo on your sexual functioning should be addressed to your physician. Anxiety (worry) is known to cause the loss of an erection. Also if you are attempting to be sexual to soon after your last ejaculation, you could lose an erection or be unable to ejaculate. There is no reliable guaranteed way to increase the size of your penis. We men have to learn to be good lovers with what we have. Technique often is more important than measurements, and remember, we make love with more than just our penises. Finally, your question about multiple male orgasms. There are those who claim that men can learn to be multiply orgasmic, but I am a skeptic. My philosophy is that men need to learn how to pleasure a woman and to be passionately creative with what we have. After a wonderfully exciting experience, one final orgasm for the man should be all that is needed. Sex is not a competitive sport in which there are extra points for enormous size and number of encores. Robert W. Birch, Ph.D. Sexologist & Adult Sexuality Educator
