Research has documented the reports of men and women with spinal cord injury, that they can and do experience orgasm and/or sexual pleasure. As far as I know, there is no FDA approved medication that helps, except for medications for erectile dysfunction(ED), which have helped some people with and without spinal cord injury. I encourage you and your boy friend to discuss what sexual and sensual activities you find pleasurble and share these with each other, verbally and non-verbally.
