Question:
Quantity/quality of sperm changed (less in quantity, and less thick).

Answer:
by Robert Birch:

There are no vitamins or natural supplements that will increase the amount or change the consistency of a man's ejaculate. As men age, the volume of the semen (fluid) and the number of sperm ("swimmers") does decrease some. If all else is good in your sex life, this needs to become something you just accept.
