Question:
Sir, I am masturbating from age 18. From 20 I stated masturbating while standing I used to masturbate in morning and do the work and I used to travel longer distances. After some days my legs started paining and still I used to masturbate. After one year I got knee pain and feeling weak from 20 to 23. I was very weak my legs and hands started paining and I used to get very tired and after three years I found that I have muscle weakness.

Did I get muscle weakness due to masturbating while standing and what care I should take to have perfect sex?

You have too many fears about masturbation. It does not cause any of the problems you mention. It weakness you experienced is temporary. It would be ideal if you meet a counselor in your area or you could contact me on 020-24471848 between 10.30 AM and 1 PM on week days.
