Thank you for your question. It is very normal in some men to have the penis be bent a little. Most penises are not perfectly straight. It is also very normal for there to be very noticeable large blood vessels. It is important that they be there because there needs to be a large flow of blood into the penis.
Masturbation of any kind does not cause the penis to change shape in the ways you described. As a man matures, so does his penis. It usually takes until he is in his twenties until the penis develops its size, shape and shows all the blood vessels. Also, each man is different, so you do not need to compare yourself to other men.
