The normal semen parameters are 1.5-6 ml for the volume, 20-250 million sperm density per ml, 60% progressively motile sperm, 40% or less abnormal forms. However, fertility is the the product of the male & female fertility. A proper infertlity evaluation includes a full history taking, a complete physical examination and specific tests ordered as needed for both husband and wife. You need to cunsult a Urologist/Andrologist and a gynecologist/reproductive endocrinologist in your area for a proper consultation for both of you.

Best wishes
