Question:
I'm a 24 year old and am married to a 23 year old wheelchair user who has CP. We would like to know if there is any known reason why we should fear him not being able to inpregrant me? He has complete sexual function and we have a normal sex life, if that makes a difference.

I think your fear is unfounded. Having normal sexual function is par for the course with cp. Certain positions and penetration are sometimes difficult for persons with severe cp. But where there's a will there is
a way. This, however, doesn't sound like an issue for you. If your sex life is "normal", by which I assume you mean that penetration is not a problem and that your husband ejaculates inside of you, your chances in being impregnated are as good as any. Hope this has alleviated your fear.
