Question:
I'm a 21-year-old male, in good health, average height and weight. Within the last few years, I have had the following problems: 1- After urination, my penis continues to leak urine for a couple of minutes. It doesn't matter how much I shake or milk it out, as soon as I put my pants back on more urine leaks out. 2- Also, after ejaculation, I continue to leak semen. Most of it doesn't leak out until my erection begins to go away. But the leaking lasts anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes after I ejaculate. 3- I don't have a problem getting an erection. However, I do have a problem getting and keeping a hard, lasting erection. I have also noticed that a vain or tube on the upper part of my penis seems to have a lump in it. Could this be part of the problem? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
