My Boyfriend and i were laying in bed and i had my pants and underware down! he had his boxer on and his shorts on he rubbed his dick against my clit/vagina...he never went in me! am i pregnant?

The rule is anytime semen (which is also present in pre-ejaculatory fluid, also known as "pre-cum") is deposited in the vagina or spilled near the vaginal opening, pregnancy is possible. If you're worried about being pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test. You can buy one over-the-counter at a local drugstore or visit a family planning clinic, like Planned Parenthood, for a test.
