Question:
Is it possible for a man to exude too much precum when aroused? Sometimes I feel like a baby, drooling @ the drop of a hat or that I can lube up a rock. Is there a normal range? Been like this since 6th grade and am now 30. thanks P.S. I have read your article to the 24 year old guy [about precum] and it was very informative.

No, don't worry - there is no correct amount of precum (pre-seminal fluid) during sexual arousal. I'm glad you found an earlier question on precum helpful, and you may recall what I said about amount of precum -it varies from man to man. Some men hardly release enough fluid to be noticed, while others like yourself, have bountiful amounts. It can even vary from experience to experience for each man. Some factors in precum amount are heredity, health, level of sexual arousal and how long it's been since last ejaculation. The term "normal" can mean what's average or what's "right" judgmentally. Don't get caught up in comparison. You and/or sex partner(s) can use the bounty of your precum for erotic sexual play, but please read my "6 Steps to Hot Safer(r) Sex!" The key is, only IF you can trust that your relationship is now and forever monogamous, AND you are certain via testing the you are both uninfected with HIV or other STD, THEN safe(r) sex may no longer be needed. Keep learning about sex - the more you know the better the sex!
