Question:
Dear Sir, I am 20 years old, and am embarrassed about my problem, though reading some of the other questions I seem to be not alone. Basically, I find when I get an erection, I am unable to sustain one for more than a few minutes. My penis is 2 inches flaccid, and 4 ½ when erect. I masturbate frequently (4 times a week) but seem to ejaculate in under 5 minutes. I have had a few girlfriends in my life. However, I have never been in love to have full penetration sexual intercourse and am worried about taking the plunge and really under-performing potentially ridiculing myself. I registered with one of these online programs for naturally increasing penile size but so far am unconvinced. I don't feel strong enough to see my doctor or talk to my parents and would really appreciate your advice. Thanking you in advance. (I think the website is the best up to date site on the net- I even found it without a search engine.)

Thanks for your kind words. Your encouragement motivates us (sexualhealth.com team) to strive hard and offer the best possible advice on the net. There is no known method to increase the size of the penis by natural means. If you are obese, try losing weight by correcting your diet and exercising regularly. That would surely help in 'increasing' the length of the penis. However the dimensions you mention (flaccid 2 inches and erect 4 ½ inches) are within normal range and don't get worked up on that issue. I think that once you really fall in love, you should be able to overcome the anxiety and do well. You will also get full and sustained erections and discover that your worries about under-performing are unfounded. If you experience problems then, you can always seek help.
