Question:
Hi i am a 16 year old male virgin. For some reason the end of my penis goes blue, the tips of the head, it goes away and comes back. I really take no notice of it but i was just wondering what it is?! It doesn't affect me in any way! i still have feeling! Is it bad? is it affecting me?

Since it isn't affecting your feeling or anything, I suspect that it is just the way your circulatory system works. You said in your profile that it happens to your fingers and hands as well sometimes.
The penis when it gets erect has a large amount of blood flow into it, and I suspect that after it goes in, the blood from the penis head, backs out just a little into the main shaft to keep it hard.
If you want more of a definitive answer you might go to some of the experts on this site who are MD's. They may have studied this in their medical education.
