Question:
I have an redness on the top of my penis head. just the top not the sides at all. There is no bleed/itchiness/flacking. Its less noticable when my penis is flacid except a slight discoloration. When im aroused it is easily noticeble. It extends from the crown? ridge area to the upper parts of the penis hole. Sometimes it seems the area it effects shrinks and then other times it seems it swells. Ive talked to my doctor and he didnt notice it. I was soft at the time. I have no funny discharge of any sort. The oly problem is it basically unsightly and it feels slightly different then the rest of the penis head.

Sexualhealth.com does not diagnose any potential medical problems. If you are worried that you have a health condition that needs treatment, you should consult a physician. In your case, you may want a second opinion for peace of mind.
Male and female genitals come in a variety of pinks, reds, browns, etc... Having your penis redden during sex play is normal since your penis is engorged with blood during that time. If you feel that the redness is an inflammation, it would be wise to have it examined.
