Thanks for taking the time to write in. I can definitely understand your concern and I applaud you for not just letting it go. It's quite common for a young woman to bleed after her first intercourse and not uncommon to slightly bleed the second time. You don't say, however, if this was the first time you ever had intercourse so that would be an important consideration. If it was not your first time (just the first time with him), I would strongly suggest you have a gynecological exam; something I strongly recommend to young women after they experience intercourse anyway. It could be nothing or it could be something that you might need treatment for. Not knowing the details (ie, first time), it's difficult to give a full answer. Your doctor should be willing to see you confidentially or you could visit a family planning center like Planned Parenthood and it will be low cost and completely confidential. An examination is the only way to know for sure if there's something going on or not.
