Question:
I am 19 years old and a virgin. I've never been in any sort of relationship with a male partly because I dont believe I'm ready for one and partly because I was brought up in a very culturally strict environment. I masterbate several times a week and within the past few months it doesnt seem to be enough of a release for me. For example, if i rub against a male briefly or see something sexually appealing I get aroused. This can happen at inappropriate times like when i'm at work. I do feel sexually frustated at times but before recently masterbating would help now it seems as though it makes me become more aroused. I was just wondering if there is something I can do short of sex to help control my arousal.

Hello, Thank you for your question.

Currently you are at a 'sexual peak' so you don't want to turn off your arousability, just control it.

If you are being aroused in an inappropriate enviornment, use a visual 'turn-off' to help you control those urges.

Masturbating before going to work may also help.

Good Luck, Melissa BEE
