What type of diet/vitamins/minerals would you recommend for a recovering sex addict?

Thanks for asking such an important question. Well, my suggestion is that you eat more fruit, cereal and eggs for protein. Supplementing with an over the counter multi mineral/vitamin medication is a good idea but getting all the nutrients from good wholesome food is the best. Eat High fibre bread, salads (go easy on the dressings) roasted chiken and fish, nuts (in small quantities) and lots of fruit. A final suggestion is - exercise regularly but do not over-do or under-do it.
