Due to the long sexual inactivity I noticed some disturbing changes and symptoms that have worsened over the years.

Hello and thanks for your question. I am passing because the issues are too complex for this forum. I want you to know that it is ok to not be in a sexual relationship. If you increase your social contacts, in time you are likely to meet someone. If you feel you may lose control, as you suggest in your email, you will need to speak to a professional - ask your doctor for a referral to a counsellor who can also help with your feelings of low self-esteem. Best wishes, George.
