The description you give is close to what is known in sexology as Inhibited Orgasmic Response. However the exact diagnosis and the causes could only be determined after careful history-taking, examination and medical evaluation. Please consult a urologist in your locality, preferably one who specializes in treating sexual dysfunctions. Loss of pleasurable feeling in orgasm and ejaculation can be due to diabetes of long standing, neurological complaints, use of certain medications, surgeries, trauma etc. among other things.
