I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you on your question. I wanted to think about how I would answer you.
I'm sorry that you have had such negative experiences with both your friend in 5th grade and also your mother's disapproval of your masturbation.
I hope you can enjoy it again because it is actually very healthy for people to masturbate. Some people disapprove or aren't interested in it but it sounds like something that you once found pleasurable.
Since your skin gets sore very quickly I would recommend that you continue to put K-Y jelly or a substance called Astroglide on it and keep putting it on. If it starts to get dry, then add much more. Most people find that they can't masturbate for long periods if they don't use lots of water-based lubricants. Creams often dry up too quickly but use something that gives you more wetness. You also may want to space out when you masturbate and not do it too many times in a short period of time. That can make a person sore as well.
If the lubricant doesn't work well then you might want to put some soft materials like rabbit fur or silk over the penis. You may still need to put K-Y jelly on the penis but not having the skin of your hand rub the penis may make it less sore. You can also try rubbing your penis against a pillow or the bed instead of rubbing it with your hand.
I don't know what the cloudy whitish material may be in your urine and I hope that you did ask the doctor about it when you went last week. If you didn't, I urge you to ask the doctor. He/she would know more and may take a sample of your
urine to test.
