Problem: Fear of Women (despite being heterosexual) combined with negative (shameful) Gender Self-Image & feeling like I do not deserve to have any sex life at all.

Your fear of intimacy with women is understandable given that you report having a history of sexual abuse by women. One on one therapy would be the best course of action to pursue. There are many good therapists in the Portland, OR area, where you live, to consult.
