i have rapid ejaculation since ten years in addation ihave some congenital abnormalities as well such as glandular hypospadiasis without chordee and i think ihad spinabifida too becase there is still a depress area too.

Rapid ejaculation is a common problem for young people and is often treated wwith a combination of medications, such as anti-depressants, along with sex therapy. You could read some sex therapy books that might give you some suggestions on how to train yourself to last longer by stopping when you begin to feel that you will ejaculate. It is difficult for me to know if this is because of your disability or from medications that you are taking. Watching sex videos during sex may make you more excited and add to the difficulty that you are having.
