Dear Dr., I want to know how last the morning pills give side effect such as vomit, dizzy. Another question is if I am not sure whether or not I am pregnant. When should I use the pregancy test??

I believe you're asking how long the side effects of the morning after pill last. They should only last for a few days. If they last any longer, you need to see a physician. If you believe that you are pregnant, you should get tested right away. Home pregnancy tests can detect a pregnancy as early as 7-10 days after conception, though a couple of brands are marketing themselves as knowing even sooner. Thank you for visiting the Sexual Health Network. Yvonne K. Fulbright, MS.Ed.
