Question:
I'm 79 y/o. I still very much love sex. But I have trouble ejackulating. The only way is to masterbate for a very long time. I don't cum as much either. Is there anything that I can do?

Hi,

It is normal as you age to have a decrease in the amount of ejaculate, and time to orgasm. I am not an MD, so I cannot make any recommendations about medical treatments, but this seems like the best course of action to me. If your doctor will not take your concerns seriously, tell him that you believe a healthy sex life is important even for an older man, and that you would appreciate it if he would respect your concerns. You could consider another doctor, of course. Beyond that, I am not sure what else to suggest. I wish I could be of more assistance, but sexuality and aging is not my speciality. You may look at the article on sex over 40 to find some more helpful suggestions.

Best wishes, Blaise
