Question:
I'm not sure my boyfriend is ejaculating every time we have sex. We usually have sex for a couple of hours but at the end sometimes I think he fakes orgasm. How can I tell if he is having an orgasm or not? Doesn't he have to have an orgasm to be completely satisfied?

As a man ages, his ability to ejaculate reliably diminishes, although your friend is aging. He might not be ejaculating every time because of age, medication, or alcohol consumption (that you mentioned). You wondered how you would know... my honest response is that you friend should tell you. Making love is pretty special and is a time when we should let down all our pretenses and just be ourselves... with or without orgasms. Openness and honesty in an intimate relationship are important. Try not to worry about it, for ejaculation is not as much of a requirement for an aging male as it is for a teenage boy. He can certainly be enjoying his time with you without having it end with an ejaculation. I do think you should discuss all of this with him.
