Question:
A neurologist has examined me and said I may have pudendal, nervi ergentes or other sacral nerve damage or other loss of function issues with my penis/scrotum. I've had both EMG and Nerve Conduction Test(lower extremities),however, my symptoms have not improved for over 1.5 years now. Any seated activities produce numbness and tingling in both my penis and scrotum area. Any professional diagnosis or treatment/diagnostic testing recommmendations would be truly appreciated. I've been experiencing these symptoms for 1.5 years. I fell 10 feet on a construction site and landed on my coccyx/tailbone region which impacted on a steel bar(rebar)surface. Thank you.

This is not in my area of expertise. I would recommend that you copy this question to other people who answer questions on the site. You should address this question to Dr. Mitch Tepper and/or Dr. Beverly Whipple. Both can give you much better information and advice than I can.
