Question:
I am unable to penetrate as befor that only i ejaculate we tried many times but with no sucess now we have stopped doing that act but get satisfaction by other means like oral,stimulation,carressing...etc will i be unable to penetrate,culprit seems to be Diabetes which i am having at the age of 29 years due to heredity from my mother i was only able to know after marriage and has never tried or gone to other women except wife,but do mastrubate please advice!

It appears that the problem is one of quick ejaculation, although diabetes usually is not the cause of this. Diabetes can, however, impact male sexual response, usually in the form of erectile problems. It must be remembered that there are many ways to make love, and oral stimulation (as was mentioned) is one option. Many women are satisfied with oral stimulation and this is a very effective way to bring a woman to orgasm.
