Question:
i was at my dic in sept. of last year. everything was fine. just in Jan 01 i started bleeding after intercourse, ive been with the same person for 2 years and 19 years old, im worried. i was on birthcontrol, i quit in july, can you tell me what it might be and what i can expect from my doc when i go?

Since you are about to go to the doctor in two weeks, I would wait to ask the doctor about what it might be. There is nothing particular that is something to really worry about. It will be up to your medical practitioner to diagnose anyway. It isn't uncommon after intercourse, even after years of intercourse, to bleed some. The blood vessels are very close to the upper layer of skin and many things including being a little anemic can cause you to have some blood because the act of intercourse breaks one of the small capillaries on the surface of skin. Be sure to ask the doctor you see about it.
