First off, being afraid to have sex with your partner is likely to cause you to ejaculate even more rapidly. Second of all, the majority of women are not orgasmic during intercourse, no matter how long the man lasts. It is important to learn how best to satisfy a woman in ways other than intercourse so that you will not feel so pressured. There is information on this site which gives some insight on this common concern and direction on how to begin to handle it. Learning ejaculatory control is a process that is not easily communicated in a few paragraphs, and it is a process that takes understanding, practice and patience. There is more extensive information available and you should take the time to read all that you can. You can also order the video "You Can Last Longer" from this site.
