Is it possible to become pregant actualy cumming inside of a girl. And I was having sex with my girlfriend last night, and when i ejaculated the condom didn't break but i felt some sort of liquid on my leg. What could this have been?

Yes, it is possible for a woman to become pregnant if a man ejaculates inside her.
If you are sure that the condom did not break during intercourse, then it is possible that the liquid you felt on your leg was her natural lubrication. It is important to use condoms consistently and correctly each time.
