Question:
I'm 29. I had been married for 4 years & during this period I only had once sex with my wife (due to differente circumstances). But during the same period I had sex with another partnes (my girlfriend) and we had many & wonderful sex (at least twice a week). But now, since one month ago, I've been a new relation with a new woman (a very pretty woman) but the tree or four times that we try to had sex, I canīt had an erection. At the very first time whilw we were "playing" I had an erection, but the seciond time, once we decided to have sex, I couldnīt have an erection. SO i was worry & I bought (& I teaking) ginseng capsules, but I donīt notice any improvement in my erections. A doctor said me that at my age this must be a psichological problem, but I donīt know what to do. Iīm affraid that she deseperate and leave me. What can I do? if sheīs the most pretty girl a have ever meet & I really want to marry her (and so she does... at least until today. Other point is: I cannot have any erection, no matter if sheīs not with me. MAny times I try to have an erection watching pornographic photos or just imaging having sex with she, but I only got weakly erection ( and for a very little period)

Relax, relax, relax. Your biggest psychological problems seems to be that you are trying too hard and worrying too much. It sounds like a lot is going on in your life and there is much stress. That does not help.
There really is nothing you can eat that is going to help. Do not waste money on pill that promise to solve all your problems. Also, do not worry that you are not getting erections just thinking about sex or looking at nude pictures. Most men after age 20 do not have easy erections by just looking or thinking.
Get things straightened out in your life, try to stay relaxed, stop trying so hard, and stop worrying. Reviewed by Sexual Health Editorial Team
