Question:
Hi, I'm looking for a diagnosis on my problem. I had unprotected oral sex on a one night stand. A few hours later I noticed that the tip of my penis was irritated and there was a slight redness of the skin. Ever since the irritation has been there which seems to relieve itself when I pee.

I had a full std screen with came up negative and was firstly given canesten cream then tried caldescene powder and hot baths but to no avail. I then began another relationship and my g/f complained of burning sensations and pain and has been put on numerous courses of anti biotics. I went back to the doc and was pt on courses of augmentin and docyciline have been tested for NSU and still nothing. Have also tried kenacomb cream and antidandruff shampoo and cranberry juice!I recently took matters in to my own hands and took 2grms of flagil which seemed to ease the symptoms but they returned.

Any advise would be appreciated now at the end of my tether.

Please take your STD screen reports to a urologist. Since the problem has been there for the last 2 years I would like you to get exained for prostate involvement. (This is not harmful but persists for several years).
