Question:
Me and my girlfriend had contact from outside. My girlfriend is 18 years old and still virgin. She was in her 14th day of menstrual cycle. During contact I ejaculate small amount in her genital organ from outside. I am afraid if she can be pregnant. Please answer me as soon as possible. Thank you.

On rare occasion, a woman can become pregnant when her partner ejaculates near her vaginal opening. As you mentioned, certain times of a woman's menstrual cycle may make her more susceptible to such a pregnancy. If you're concerned about the possibility of your partner being pregnant, you should ask her if she has any reason to suspect that she may be pregnant. She could give you better peace of mind than I can. Furthermore, to avoid such scares in the future, I would recommend using a condom to prevent ejaculate from coming into contact with her genital area. Thank you for visiting the Sexual Health Network. Yvonne K. Fulbright
