Question:
i have recently discovered some small blisters in the vaginal area. i thought that i had a yeast infection but not sure any more. they are becoming painful.

Blisters in the vaginal area can be caused by a number of things. Some of them serious and some not as serious; including anything from herpes to an infected hair follicle. You really need to have a gynecologist look at this specifically for you and do some tests to check this out. Sandra Welner, MD
