Question:
My wife reports that, after an orgasm, my testicles move in a pronounced
undulating, contracting movement. I'm just curious about the physiological
purpose of the movement. Thanks.

Orgasm is accompanied by contractions of various structures in males as well as females. In men the vas efferens of the testis, the epididymis, vas deferens, together with the seminal vesicle, prostate and ampulla contract. To my knowledge the physiological purpose is to assist fertilization by moving the sperm from its male reservoir to the ampullae of the woman’s Fallopian tubes where fertilization occurs.
I usually try to avoid using terminology, which may be hard to understand. However, your question is hard to answer without involving naming anatomical structures.
Sincerely,
