Loss of sexual desire is a very common common complaint for individuals in emotionally committed relationships. It can also be related to depression, stress and anxiety. However, I find it is usually a challenge to both member's growth and developmental process. Please read the book Passionate Marriage by David Schnarch for further information. Also see my answers to previous questions on this subject.
