Question:
hi,when i first got my period i used tampons straight away the ones that were too heavy for my flow.i noticed it had riped the inside skin of my vagina leaving me with to entry holes to my vagina.i recently had sex and the skin inbetween the two holes broke, it is now very painul whenever i have sex and blood sometimes randomly comes from my vagina along with clumbs of white stuff it also itches, its very weried i have aklways used a condom during sex and it has never split,and i would be greatfull to hear any advice you have for me.thankyou.

Well, based on what you have described, it seems that you may need to have a doctor examine you to make sure what you describe is actually the problem. It seems unlikely that you could have two entry holes to the vagina from the use of a tampon. White clumpy discharge and itching could also be symptomatic of a yeast infection, but if you are not sure, it would be a good idea to see a doctor. You may have torn some tissue, and the bleeding could be happening if the tissue has not healed completely. Again, I would highly recommend a visit to your gynecologist or, if you don't have one, a Planned Parenthood clinic to diagnose and treat the problem.
